2007 Soap Opera Ends for Robertson at Bowman Gray

Winston-Salem, NC: A rollercoaster season, at a track that attracts 15,000 people every Saturday night to watch the drama unfold, has ended its 2007 season. Ryan Robertson and the Carolina Wood Floors #13 Chevrolet were right in the middle of the drama on Saturday night at Bowman Gray Stadium in Winston-Salem, NC. Robertson drew the 8th starting position for the 40 lap sportsman race. Through aggressive driving Robertson was able to make it up to the lead position with eight laps left. Unfortunately with only four laps to go Robertson was hit by Tommy Neal causing him to lose the lead.

Robertson finished a strong 7th in points at Bowman Gray with 22 starts, 1 win, 7 top five and 15 top ten finishes.

The team is currently sponsored by Carolina Wood Floors, Pat's Body Shop, and WCWG CW20 television station. They will be running at Myrtle Beach Speedway in Myrtle Beach, SC on Saturday, August 25 in twin races. Robertson will also be racing in the premier late model series event, the Bailey's 300, at Martinsville Speedway, in Martinsville, VA on Sunday, September 30.
